Projects

Statecraft Systems works collaboratively with initiatives aligned on the principles of sovereign cooperation and responsible formation. Below are the key projects it currently supports:

Modern Minuteman

Modern Minuteman develops training and formation programs for distributed civic resilience. It emphasizes practical skills, local networks, and the capacity for individual and community self-sufficiency.

The project works on the premise that resilient communities depend on individual clarity, competence, and responsibility. Its curriculum spans practical capabilities—logistics, communication, medical knowledge, systems thinking—alongside formation practices that cultivate the character necessary to act wisely in uncertainty.

Modern Minuteman operates as a decentralized network, with programs developed and delivered by local facilitators aligned on its principles. It serves as the public-facing expression of the broader ecosystem that Statecraft Systems helps organize.

The Field Company

The Field Company designs and runs experiential programs that help men develop clarity of thought, strength of character, and the ability to act responsibly. Its retreats combine physical discipline, exposure to nature, and structured conversation to create conditions where participants examine themselves, practice cooperative decision-making, and build lasting peer relationships.

The model draws on historical patterns of formation—field camps, salons, academies—but expresses them in a contemporary, minimalist form. Each program is small, selective, and designed to emphasize contribution over consumption. Participants are collaborators in the experience.

The Field Company serves as the formation arm of the broader ecosystem, where ideas are tested in practice, character is made visible, and trust is developed through shared work.
